About Us
The Boulder Consciousness Project brings philosophers, scientists, artists, musicians, healers and seekers together to explore consciousness. From quantum physics and psychedelics to meditation, inner wisdom and human potential, we work together to address the world's most urgent challenges through the lens of collective, conscious action.
The Mission
The Boulder Consciousness Project brings internationally recognized thinkers and emerging voices — from scientists, philosophers, professors and bestselling authors to filmmakers, musicians, artists, healers and seekers — into conversations that rarely share the same stage.
By connecting neuroscience, quantum physics, psychedelics, contemplative practice, spirituality, anomalous experience, technology and human potential, the project explores consciousness as a lens for addressing humanity's most urgent challenges. Together we move beyond understanding consciousness to asking what a deeper understanding of ourselves might mean for how we shape new systems for the environment, education, healthcare, technology, governance, leadership, public policy and the future of our planet.
Where it happens
Events are hosted at venues across Boulder including Stone Cottage Studios, the Canyon Theater at Boulder Library, Chautauqua Surf Shop, St. Julian Hotel, Roots Music Project, Boulder Bookstore and many more. Programming extends throughout the city through public lectures, intimate salons, meditation experiences, artist conversations and special events.
